At Explorers, our thoughtfully designed Centre warmly welcomes families and children, while supporting our dedicated Educators in nurturing each child's curiosity and learning journey.

Each space, from our babies' room to kindergarten, is designed to inspire curiosity and foster learning through a playful and positive environment. Our central Piazza, influenced by the Reggio Emilia learning approach, encourages a sense of belonging, collaboration and intentional learning, complemented by landscaped outdoor learning spaces.

Our team of passionate Educators are dedicated to delivering the highest quality early childhood education and care. Through our unique Learning for Life Curriculum, children embark on engaging learning experiences from babies through to 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten.

Explorers Croydon is amazing. We have absoloutely loved having our son attend since he was 18 months old and are really sad to be leaving due to our interstate move. All the educators there are so wonderful, nurturing and caring in all the rooms my son was in. He recently finished up in Kingfishers and we have to say it was the best year so far where he has formed some fantastic friendships and learnt so much. The activities the educators set up each day for the children are beyond amazing. My husband and I were always so excited to see what he was up to everyday. One of our son's favourites was a volcano eruption experiment and when they had Police & Firefighters attend for an incursion. We cannot thank the team enough for helping our son grow and the support they have shown. I would like to say a huge thank you to Hayley, Michelle, Sakine, Andrew, Kira & Rimmi for providing such excellent care to our son and he will miss you all so much. The food made by the chef is incredible also, wishing I had the same menu for my daily meals! Finally, I would also like to thank the management team who were always so welcoming every day and very involved in the children's care. The centre is beautiful and so well equipped, clean and tidy. We are already missing Explorers and only left for interstate less than 2 weeks ago...wishing we could relocate Explorers to where we have moved to!

Five months ago, I joined Explorers Croydon. Since then, the educators have been really helpful, friendly, and supportive of each other. I highly recommend the management team; they’re always available to assist whenever needed. The management is truly outstanding.
The chef made sure the children had delicious and varied meals every day. The management team showed incredible creativity by decorating the conservatory differently each time.
I would definitely recommend joining Explorers.

My twins started at Explorers Croydon at the start of 2023, they were only little 6m olds and I was nervous leaving them in someone else’s care especially as they had been premature. However it has been such a positive and happy experience for the twins and myself. Both my children are so happy at every drop off and pick up, they are excited to see their educators and when I come to get them they want me to stay and play in their room. My children have always received thorough and personalised care, they are seen as individuals and the educators have always done their best to nurture their growth and follow their routines. As a mum it is so vital to feel secure and comfortable in leaving your children when you go to work, and I am SO glad that we have explorers! I will always spend 10-15 minutes at pick up with the twins and the educators chatting and catching up on their day, the team is always so happy to have me and fill me in on their learnings and adventures. It truly feels like an extension of our village!

Since starting my children at Explorers Early Learning Croydon in mid 2022, it’s been nothing but wonderful experiences. The centre itself is thoughtfully laid out, and clean, and the children’s experiences and artwork are at the forefront. After drop off I know my child will be safe, well cared for, fed well and I know they will have a day filled with enjoyment. The educators are caring, thoughtful, nurturing, and have made a positive impact on the growth of my children which I am very grateful for. My eldest child, now in Prep participated in the Kinder program last year which was brilliant. The kinder teacher is a true gift, the curriculum that was in place for my child was outstanding and laid a perfect foundation for school. If you are considering a tour of EEL Croydon, don’t hesitate! I couldn’t be happier.

Both my boys have attend Explorer's Early Learning Croydon for over two years now and we love it! The facilities are immaculate and I love how the spaces are set up to encourage play and learning. All the staff are caring and professional and willing to go that extra step to ensure that your child feels welcome and supported. They also somehow manage to convince my kids to eat these amazing healthy lunches, so that's an extra bonus too! I would highly recommend this centre.

The staff are lovely, our boy is well looked after, the staff have a good rapport with him and he’s happy when he’s there. I appreciate that there’s not a big turnover of staff, that’s a great sign.

My daughter has been in 4yr old kinder this year in the Red Gums room with Nicole and Kim, and I can't fault them. My daughter is so excited to go and see the educators and her friends and is lways bursting with personality when she gets home 😊 Nicole and Kim are the perfect balance of some old school fun and new school care.
The management team of Monique, Emily and Megan are also wonderfully supportive and involved

Situated on Hull Road close to Charles Allen Reserve and Kurrajong Reserve, you’ll find our beautiful Centre offers a nurturing environment for children. Our thoughtfully designed Centre has dedicated learning and care rooms appropriate for nurturing babies through to dynamic 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten spaces.
We have beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas and interactive learning spaces to enhance the children’s experience. Our professional kitchen allows us to prepare delicious and healthy home cooked meals daily.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our central piazza fosters a strong sense of belonging and encourages collaboration among the children within the Explorers Croydon community.
