Early Childhood Educator

As an Educator at Explorers Early Learning, you play an essential role in delivering our high quality curriculum, building relationships with families, providing regular updates on children's progress and ensuring individual needs are met. We offer both casual and permanent roles, providing flexibility and supporting you in your career growth.

Lead
Educator

As a Lead Educator, you will oversee your room's curriculum and play a vital role in creating a stimulating learning environment. You will work closely with families to understand each child's needs and interests. Supported by your Educational Leader, you will lead a small team of Educators providing support and mentoring to help them deliver the best possible care and education.

Early Childhood Teacher

As an Early Childhood Educator, you play a central role in fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children in our 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten Room, guided by our Reggio Emilia inspired program. You will encourage exploration, creativity, and collaboration, helping children build the skills needed for a smooth transition to school.

Educational
Leader

As an Educational Leader you will partner with the Centre Director and Director in Training to provide exceeding curriculum programming and implementation while guiding our Educators. You will collaborate with our Pedagogical Residents and collaborate with other Educational leaders to imbed Reggio Emilia inspired environments and our Framework of Joy.

Director 
in Training

As a Director in Training, you will work closely with the Centre Director and Regional Manager in supporting the day to day operations of the Centre. Some of the key responsibilities will be managing employees, building relationships with families and maintaining administrative functions. In this role, you'll gain the experience and skills necessary to become a successful Centre Director in the future with us.

Centre Director

As Centre Director, you are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of your Centre. You will act as the key point of contact with the Explorers Support Office and must ensure that your Centre is operating in accordance with company policies and procedures, while also implementing strategies to enhance the Centre's overall performance. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both employees, children and families.

Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at Explorers, you will oversee centres in your allocated region. You will work closely with your Centre leadership teams, other Regional Managers and Support Office teams to ensure your centres can provide the best care for the children and families and the teams in your region feel supported.

Our Support Office has a variety of departments that support our Centres across Melbourne which are People and Culture, Finance, Family Support Services, Workforce Planning, IT, Marketing, Operations and our Executive Leadership Teams.
