Supported by your Educational Leader, you will lead a small team of Educators providing support and coaching to help them deliver the best possible care and education.

Early Childhood Teacher

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you play a central role in fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children in our 3- and 4-year-old Kindergarten Rooms, guided by our Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum. You will encourage exploration, creativity, and collaboration, helping children build the skills needed for a smooth transition to school.

You will focus on quality improvement, risk assessment processes, and regulatory compliance to support a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for children. A Child Safety Lead will also support the day-to-day operations of the Centre.

As Centre Director, you are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of your Centre. You will act as the key point of contact with the Explorers Support Office and must ensure that your Centre is operating in accordance with company policies and procedures, while also implementing strategies to enhance the Centre's overall performance.
