About Our Mornington Centre: Our stunning Centre is conveniently located at the corner of Nepean Highway and Strachans Road, featuring two storeys with eight spacious rooms, a commercial kitchen, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces, and a central piazza where children come together to collaborate and explore.

Who You Are:

• Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification (minimum required)
• 5+ Years’ Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferably long day care)
• 1+ Year of Management Experience in a childcare setting
• Passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and inspired to bring it to life in your work
• Knowledgeable in the EYLF and NQS standards
• Trained in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care
• Possessing a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting certifications
• Australian Working Rights
