At Explorers, our thoughtfully designed Centre warmly welcomes families and children, while supporting our dedicated Educators in nurturing each child's curiosity and learning journey.

Each space, from our babies' room to kindergarten, is designed to inspire curiosity and foster learning through a playful and positive environment. Our central Piazza, influenced by the Reggio Emilia learning approach, encourages a sense of belonging, collaboration and intentional learning, complemented by landscaped outdoor learning spaces.

Our team of passionate Educators are dedicated to delivering the highest quality early childhood education and care. Through our unique Learning for Life Curriculum, children embark on engaging learning experiences from babies through to 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten.

Explorers boronia is top notch.
The staff in the Wattles room where my son is placed, are as genuine as they get, the engagement they give the kids is above and beyond.
Special mentions to Sophia the director. The super friendly receptionist. Ellen the wattles room team leader and Dakota, Indie and Emily from her crew.

The food they serve makes me and my partner questioning if we need to step up in the kitchen. Amazing and creative kitchen staff

The caregivers are warm, patient, and truly care about the children. Our son has become more social, independent, and confident in Kinder room! We feel at ease knowing he’s in such a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. The centre is nice, new and clean. So happy so far! 😊

My son has been going to this centre since opening just over a year ago and I truly could not think of a better place to trust with the care of my child. Every educator, even those not in his room, knows his name and is so lovely and warm with him. The staff are friendly and engaged, and you can tell they do genuinely care about the kids that they teach. We transitioned him from another local centre who felt like they were a babysitting service, whereas Explorers they have lesson plans and he is actually being taught through play every single day he is there. I constantly get comments about how advanced his speech and comprehension is for his age (just under 3) and I know that Explorers has played a big part of that. When we pick him up we often are still in the centre 30 minutes later playing in the other rooms as he is so happy just being there. Explorers Boronia have really become a part of our village and we are so grateful.

Sophia was great. Extremely polite & welcoming. The tour was very informative, insightful & the attention to detail going through each room was very evident & appealing. My little guy was sold as soon as he entered the outdoor area. The staff throughout were friendly, approachable & engaging. You can see the teachers really enjoy their job, & you know they’ve made a positive connection with your child, when they come home enthusiastically telling you about their day. I’m so glad I chose EEL Boronia.

My son started explorer boronia weeks ago and he has settled so well, he went to different centre previously but never settled but here we are so happy with our choice. Hussain absolutely love attending the centre. I can’t thank the educators enough for their warm and friendly behaviour. Also I appreciate daily updates and photos on the app. Highly recommended.

Staff are good and friendly. Teachers and kids do lots of activities and they do fun and enjoy kids there. And Ash is very friendly , nice , communicative and polite .

Boronia EEL is the best place to work at so far. As best people brings the best out of you and I feel I am at the right place right now. So appreciate all my first year at Boronia Explorers.
