Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to an interview?
Please wear smart casual attire, with closed toe shoes preferred.
How long should I allow for the interview?
Expect your interview to take about 45 minutes. This allows us to get to know you, ask questions, encourage you to ask questions and give you a tour of our beautiful centre.
What type of questions will be asked?
You’ll be asked questions relevant to your role, including those related to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Safety Standards, and scenario based questions about a day in the life of an Educator. The more senior the role, the more detailed your answers should be. Refresh your knowledge of the EYLF, as questions about how it is embedded into your role as an Educator are common.
Can my interview be online?
Ideally, we prefer in person interviews so you can tour our beautiful centre and meet the team you might be joining. It’s hard to gauge the right fit over a Teams interview, so we would like you to come in and say hello!
