The Opportunity: 
As an Educational Leader at Explorers Boronia, you’ll be part of our “off-the-floor” Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room. 

This role is a Maternity Leave cover for 12 months commencing from February 2025.

In your role, you will: 
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. 
  • Provide support and mentorship to Educators 
  • Develop exceptional learning environments.  
  • Comply with regulations and company values. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of children’s progress. 
  • Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child under our care.

You will have: 
  • Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification  
  • A passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program  
  • A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education 
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS  
  • First Aid Training 
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training 
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting 
  • Australian working rights – Visa/Passport
