What makes Explorers Beaconsfield Unique
During the early years, your child is constantly exploring and asking questions, so their learning space needs to keep up. Our Beaconsfield childcare centre follows the Reggio Emilia approach, where curiosity leads the way and every moment is an opportunity to learn. Here’s what one of the best childcare centres in Australia has to offer:
- Spaces That Grow with Them – Each room supports how kids play and learn at different stages, from our calm nursery to our vibrant kindergarten room. Our toddler program encourages active learning through movement and sensory play to keep little minds and hands engaged.
- Engaging Playgrounds – A vital part of our Beaconsfield daycare center is our outdoor play area, where children can climb, dig, and imagine. It’s where little legs get moving and big ideas take shape.
- Holistic Nutrition – Fresh, wholesome meals are prepared onsite every day by our in-house chefs. Nutritious and tasty, they keep energy levels up and taste buds happy.
- Dedicated Educators – Our team brings warmth, patience, and energy to every day. By creating a framework for joy, they inspire curiosity and foster learning for life to make each experience meaningful.
- Growing Green Habits – Sustainability is a key part of life here. By experiencing simple eco-friendly practices first-hand, children learn to care for their surroundings in a way that sticks.

Meet Jessica - Centre Director
Jessica has been a centre director for over 10 years and has extensive experience working in the early learning sector. Growing up in a family filled with teachers, education has always played a pivotal role in Jessica’s life – a driving force behind the love she has for her role at Explorers.
“Watching the positive impact that we can have from such an early age on children’s lives has always been a passion of mine and something that I have always had in my life.
For Jessica, the most important thing for families and children when they walk into the Beaconsfield centre is a sense of community and for it to feel like their second home.
Her favourite part of being the centre director of Explorers Beaconsfield is building a safe environment for everyone to grow and be their best selves.
The Explorers values that Jessica connects with most is relationships: “I believe relationships are so important, the difference you can make by just the way we are in relationships, being genuine and respectful.”
On top of being a fantastic centre director, Jessica is also a big animal lover and has two dogs, one cat and two sugar gliders at home.
