Programs
From your baby's first days to the year before school, every classroom runs our Learning for Life curriculum: child-led, play-based, and grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework.
Child safety first, always
Choosing the right childcare is one of the most important decisions a family can make. At Explorers, child safety and wellbeing are embedded into every part of our practice, from secure entry systems and supervision procedures to the respectful, trusting relationships we build with every child. Our educators are trained in First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management, and our safety practices are supported by clear policies, regular risk assessments and a strong culture of care. Most importantly, we create environments where children feel emotionally safe, deeply supported and genuinely known.
Read our child-safety commitmentBeyond the classroom
At Explorers Armadale, learning extends beyond the classroom. Children may take part in Bush Kinder, local excursions, incursions, music, movement, visual arts and community experiences that help them connect with the world around them.

“We had a wonderful experience exploring Explorers Armadale for our daughter. The centre is bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the children and creates a nurturing environment for them to learn and grow. The facilities are excellent and the program looks engaging and well-rounded. While we ultimately chose a centre closer to home, Explorers Armadale left a really positive impression and we’d happily recommend them to any family in the area.”
“It's been a year since my daughter started childcare life at Explorers Armadale. As a first time mom, I was nervous leaving my child to someone else's hands. But the educators and management team members are very friendly and approachable. Also educators monitor and observe children well and I am happy with their feedback about my daughter. My daughter has made a lot of friends and enjoys the childcare.”
“Couldn't speak more highly of the team. They have been so supportive for both of our kids as they settled into a new kinder/daycare and moving to the city. They have also gone above and beyond to help our daughter with a toileting fear that lasted a long time. They were so patient, caring and helpful and we got there! Such a great team and great atmosphere.”
“Such an amazing team at EEL Armadale! The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. The environment is welcoming, clean, and full of engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear the staff go above and beyond to create a safe and nurturing space. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive and positive start to their child’s early education.”
“My wife, son and I are so grateful to the team for creating a fun and safe environment that our son loves. The daily updates show him engaged, developing and having a great time. He runs in every morning looking forward to seeing the educators, who are caring and attentive and relate to him, and has fun with the other kids. We’ll be sad when it’s eventually time to move on.”
