Becoming an Explorer

Three steps to a place at one of our centres.

  1. Submit your enquiry. Tell us your childcare and early learning needs. You'll get a confirmation email and a place on our waitlist within minutes.
  2. Book a tour. Visit the centres you're considering, meet the team, and talk through what your child needs to thrive.
  3. Receive an enrolment offer. When availability matches, our Family Support Team will reach out with a written offer, including days, fees, and bond, for you to accept inside the Family Hub.

Register your interest or call us on 1300 000 335.

Our Family Hub is available 24/7 and brings every part of your enrolment journey together:

  • Reconfirm your spot on the waitlist with a single tap.
  • Book or rebook a tour at any centre.
  • Review and accept offers, including days, fees, and bond, without phone tag.
  • Pay your bond securely, never over the phone.
